Every check Pulse runs produces findings on your project's dashboard, a record of what it looked at and what it saw. If a check itself couldn't complete, for reasons on Pulse's side rather than a real problem with your site, it's recorded honestly as unknown rather than guessing at a severity it can't actually back up.
