Each team has its own board. It always shows five columns in one horizontally-scrolling row: Pending, In Progress, Needs Attention, a column for tasks waiting on your own input or approval, and Done. Every card shows its title, its type badge (only ever shown for a bug, a plain task stays visually silent), and who's currently working on it.

By date, not forever

The board defaults to showing tasks from the last 7 days so it doesn't fill up with old history. Switch to the full history view whenever you need to look further back, and filter by ticket type from the same controls.
