The detailed status behind the scenes, and how the board groups it into five columns.
Behind every card sits a more detailed status reported by the workflow itself, things like investigating, developing, or in review. You never have to track those directly, the board groups them into the five columns you actually see and drag cards between, so the column always tells you the story that matters.
A task that's already being investigated shows up in In Progress, not Pending, once real work has started on it, it's no longer something you can still cancel from the pending queue.
