- Name and avatar, the avatar accepts admin-authored HTML, an inline SVG works well.
- Position, which corner of the screen the bubble opens from.
- Greeting message, the first thing a visitor sees before they type anything.

Because the avatar is authored HTML rather than a plain image, places that need an actual image URL (Open Graph tags, the PWA manifest icon on the chat page) fall back to Xara's own logo automatically.
