How training works

Xara reads the website URL you configure and any documents you upload, indexes them, and searches that index at answer time. There is nothing to retrain manually, day to day, updates to your own site are what keep your chatbot's answers current.

Getting trained

   Set your website URL

   Add it in your chatbot's settings. Changing it to a different site later automatically triggers a fresh crawl.

   Upload documents (optional)

   PDFs, product sheets, policies, anything with real answers you want the chatbot to know.

   Give it a few minutes

   Indexing runs in the background, no need to keep the dashboard open while it finishes.
