What you get
The Xara chatbot is an AI assistant trained on your own business data, not the open internet. It answers your visitors instantly, in the language you set it to, using information you actually own: your website, your uploaded documents, and any answer logic you build yourself in the Visual Flow Editor.
Two ways to reach visitors
- Widget, a floating chat bubble embedded on your own site with one script tag.
- Chat page, an optional full standalone page for chatbots without a website, or for a plain link/QR code/nav item instead of a bubble.

Yes, we ship to most of the EU, 3 to 5 business days.
By default a chatbot only answers from your own trained data. Add a flow when you want to script exact behavior for specific situations, like collecting an email or handing off to your team.
